AMOC participated in the second International Conference of the City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications (SRTA-City), held under the patronage of Egypt's Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour. The event inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Mona Mahmoud Lotfy, Director of the City, centered on the theme " The Challenges and Future Prospects of Biotechnology: Bridging Scientific Research with Industry". Dr. Eng. Amr Lotfy, AMOC's Chairman and CEO, contributed to the main panel discussion titled " Roadmap to Collaboration: Bridging Scientific Research for Innovation and Growth". In his remarks, he emphasized the need to build a true partnership between scientific research and industrial practices pointing out that both innovation and research must deliver practical and applicable solutions to the industrial sector. He also highlighted the critical need to transform theoretical knowledge into real-world application which can ultimately benefit society and strengthen the national economy. Moreover, Eng. Amr Lotfy underscored AMOC's recent initiatives aimed at fostering innovation among employees. These efforts include internal competitions designed to showcase practical ideas, alongside training programs that nurture creativity within the workplace. The conference offered an impressive platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and charting a sustainable path for the future. It unveiled cutting-edge innovations and focused on converting theoretical knowledge into application with societal impact. The event was attended by leading academics, governmental officials and industry figures.
